“…The LLOQ of our method is similar to that of the method of Alebic-Kolbah et al (0.1 mg/L), but the sample volume used by them (50 µL) was much higher than that used by us (3 µL). Thus, the present method is much more sensitive than those published so far [ 17 , 18 , 19 , 24 ].…”

“…Due to this peculiarity of this adsorbent, these cartridges are suitable for the extraction of both glycopeptides, VANC and TEIC from urine because their structures have lipophilic and hydrophilic moieties. In addition to that, the OASIS HLB cartridges present significant stability in a wide range of pH values, showing an ideal behavior for the extraction of acidic, basic, and neutral target analytes [26]. In this research work, only the cartridges of Oasis HLB were evaluated.…”

“…Using cartridges containing 8-µ C 18 -bonded silica, the entire procedure of injecting 1 mL of urine, washing, and desorption was developed. The new UPLC-MS/MS approach was developed to analyze food and biological samples for five different glycopeptide antibiotics after extraction and cleanup by cation exchange SPE [ 131 ]. Good linear correlations were obtained for the five-glycopeptide antibiotics in the concentration range of 1.0–20.0 μg/L, a recovery of 83.0–102%, and a LOD of 2.0 μg/L in biological samples with low matrix effects.…”
