Ultrafast Charge Relocation Dynamics in Enol–Keto Tautomerization Monitored with a Local Soft-X-ray Probe

Abstract: Proton-coupled electron transfer (PCET) is the underlying mechanism governing important reactions ranging from water splitting in photosynthesis to oxygen reduction in hydrogen fuel cells.
