Ultrasensitive Surface‐Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) Detection For miRNA‐182 Based on CdS/MoS2@AuNPs Fabricated by Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD)

Abstract: Surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has received widespread attentions in biological detection since its single‐molecule sensitivity. The SERS substrate with numerous highly active hotspots can effectively capture target, whose precise fabrication is undoubtedly extremely challenging but attractive. Therefore, this work tries to achieve an ultrasensitive SERS platform based on the accurate regulations of its composition, structure, and distribution. Specifically, ordered CdS/MoS2@Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) … Show more

“…IS is a commonly used quantification technique in SERS detection, and in many studies, the E 1 2g and A 1g peaks of MoS 2 have been demonstrated as good IS candidates. 33,34 As illustrated in Figure S3, Raman mappings of the two peaks in AAO/MoS 2 / Ag have RSD values of only 6.51% and 5.11%, respectively, demonstrating the MoS 2 here is well-distributed and has great potential to serve as a high-quality IS. In this work, we took the peak at 402.5 cm −1 as the IS peak, and Figure 2c shows the corresponding normalized Raman spectra of R6G at different concentrations.…”
