Understanding conformational dynamics from macromolecular crystal diffuse scattering

Abstract: All macromolecular crystals contain some extent of disorder. The diffraction from such crystals contains diffuse scattering in addition to Bragg peaks and this scattering contains information about correlated displacements in the constituent molecules.
