Abstract: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Vestibular schwannomas demonstrate different responses after stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), commonly including a transient loss of internal enhancement on postcontrast T1-weighted MRI thought to be due to an early reduction in tumor vascularity.
