Abstract:Airbnb is a popular and low-carbon platform for tourism in the sharing economy. This paper utilized the extended expectation-confirmation model (ECM) and collected 330 valid data through a questionnaire survey to analyze the psychological behavior of tourists during their Airbnb experience.
