Underwater endoscopic mucosal resection for 10-20 mm pedunculated colorectal polyps: a prospective pilot study

Abstract: Background: The prophylactic application of clips for large pedunculated colorectal polyp resection may prevent postpolypectomy bleeding (PPB) but carries the risk of tumor remnants.
