Unilateral hearing loss as primary symptom of craniopharyngioma in a six-year-old girl

Abstract: Craniopharyngioma is a rare disease. First presentation with otological symptoms is extremely rare. Otoacoustic emissions can differentiate between cochlear and retrocochlear causes of sensorineural hearing loss.
