Abstract:Pigmentary mosaicism (PM) is a clinical condition of dyspigmentation with chromosomal abnormality. PM presents with both cutaneous and extracutaneous manifestation. Hypomelanosis of Ito and linear and whorled nevoid hypermelanosis are syndromic disorders in which PM is one of the manifestations.
