Abstract: BACKGROUND Children with cancer experience myriad nutritional challenges impacting their nutrition status throughout treatment and into survivorship. Growing evidence suggests that weight status at time of diagnosis impacts cancer outcomes, yet provider guidance on nutrition and diet through treatment is variable.
