Abstract:The increasing computing power of AI presents a major challenge for high‐power chip solution and heat dissipation. Boron nitride nanosheet‐based thermal interface materials (BNNS‐based TIMs) exhibit excellent electrical insulation property, ensuring the secure and stable operation of chips.
