Unmet Needs in the Management of Moderate-to-Severe Psoriasis in Spain: A Multidimensional Evaluation

Abstract: Psoriasis is a chronic, systemic inflammatory disease that affects the skin, with a high impact on patients’ quality of life. The aim of this study was to identify and determine the relative importance of unmet needs in the management of moderate-to-severe psoriasis in Spain, from a multi-stakeholder perspective. “…Both public awareness and screening strategies are needed to address the current challenges of early recognition and management of psoriasis in Portugal. Concerning this matter, a recently published study 10 analyzed the unmet needs in the diagnosis and management of psoriasis in Spain from a different range of perspectives.
