Unroofing osteotomy for dissociated tibial intramedullary magnetic rod during implant removal: a case report

Abstract: The PRECICE® intramedullary rod (NuVasive, San Diego, CA) utilizes multiple telescopic components to magnetically drive limb lengthening. These devices are routinely explanted after desired growth correction is met.
