Abstract:We consider the problem on nonexistence of positive solutions for some nonlinear elliptic inequalities in a bounded domain. The principal parts of the considered inequalities are ()-Laplacians with variable exponents. The lower terms of the considered inequalities can depend both on the unknown function and its gradient. We assume that the coefficients at the lower terms have singularities at the boundary. To the best of the authors' knowledge, the conditions for nonexistence of solutions to inequalities with … Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
