Unusual bone metastasis from follicular carcinoma thyroid: presenting as a primary bone malignancy

Abstract: Osseous metastasis in patients of thyroid carcinoma is not very common, and appendicular skeleton is very rare. Bone metastasis represents a complication, especially of follicular thyroid carcinoma and severely reduces the quality of life causing pain, and fractures. Diagnosis is typically done by correlating clinical suspicion with imaging.
