Update on disease pathogenesis, diagnosis, and management of primary Sjögren’s syndrome

Abstract: Primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) is a typical multisystem disease, characterized by lymphocytic infiltration of the exocrine glands leading to glandular dysfunction. Multiple systemic manifestations occur in those of serious conditions, with different courses and outcomes.
