Updated systematic review: ossifying fibromas of the nose and paranasal sinuses

Abstract: <p class="p1">Ossifying fibroma is one of the benign fibro-osseous lesions (BFOL), which is a relatively rare group of diseases of the bone with diverse pathologies and involving different parts of the body and mostly craniofacial bones. BFOLs share a common histopathologic feature of replacing the normal bony tissue structure with a distorted fibrous and mal-arranged bony structure.
