Abstract:Acute myeloid Leukemia (AML)'s incidence increases with age and more than 50% of patients are older than 60 years old. The treatment of AML in this age group population has been drastically changed since 2017 with all new innovative drugs approved by FDA highlighting the fact that "one size fit all" approach is not suitable to treat older patients with AML.
