Abstract:Chili pepper, tomato, and squash cultivated in Magelang Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia showed severe viral symptoms. Three samples were taken then molecularly tested against begomovirus, potyvirus, tobamovirus, and polerovirus. However, PCR test confirmed only begomovirus infections.
