Upward Bound/Junior Engineering Technology Summer Program

Abstract: This paper will discuss the various factors that contribute to the success of minority students in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines by exploring paradigms that promote success for the underrepresented group of students.
