“…In Spain, immediately after the states of emergency declared by the Spanish government, Llorca-Bofí et al (22) started to nd out an increase, still non-statistically signi cant, of suicidal ideation among the children and adolescents residing in Lleida. Fernández et al ( 11) also reported a gradual increase of attendances to A&E departments due to suicidal ideation of children and adolescents living in the Eastern province of Alicante during the 2018-2021 period, which, as in other countries, was mostly associated to female sex.…”
