Use of Oral Citrulline Administration as a Mitigation Strategy for Fescue Toxicosis in Sheep

Abstract: Background: Gestating ewes consuming ergot alkaloids, from endophyte-infected (E+) tall fescue seed, produce smaller lambs suffering from intrauterine growth restriction.
