Abstract:The paper summarizes the experience of the use of psychoactive compounds by the armies of foreign countries. The analyzed sources indicate the widespread use of psychostimulants, toxic substances and narcotic drugs. The latter often contributed to outbreaks of drug addiction among troops and civilians.
