Purpose: One of the key elements in ensuring the global standard of healthcare is customer satisfaction. Hospitals take customer happiness very seriously and often update their services based on their patients' satisfaction. Hospitals are one setting where pharmacy services are particularly vital since they significantly impact the general standard of treatment. A pharmacy department can provide a wide range of services, including dispensing and distributing medications, compounding, instruction use review, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and providing evidence on drugs. High customer satisfaction may be an indication of effective pharmacist performance, which anticipates having a favourable impact on the standard of medical care. The purpose of the study is to review customer satisfaction with pharmacy services at tertiary healthcare centres and make recommendations for improvement. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research article used review papers, textual analysis of their keywords, and abstracts to identify areas that required further investigation. These review articles are from national and international journals. Secondary data is collected from educational websites and publications. Research sources like Google Scholar, doctoral theses, Research Gate, academia, and Shodhganga are used to identify the research gap. ABCD analysis highlights the key aspects of the research. Qualitative research is conducted using the keywords "customer satisfaction, pharmacy services, pharmacist, customer experience, pharmaceuticals, and "health care in online articles, journals, publications, and a variety of linked portals. Findings/Result: There have been various studies on consumer satisfaction with pharmaceutical services, but there has been little study on the particular components that contribute to satisfaction among customers. The majority of the literature research indicated looking into customer satisfaction levels with pharmacy services, with a focus on elderly patients, first-time visitors, and medication counselling for patients, specifically the absence of pharmacist-patient interactions and medication availability. Originality/Value: This article is a review paper on customer gratification affecting pharmacy at large academic institutions. The research augments the value of the growing literature on customer satisfaction in this field. Paper Type: Review Paper.

Purpose: To showcase an innovative higher education training model at the university level for students’ all-round holistic development by studying an existing university model as best practice in the university system. Methodology: As an exploratory case study methodology is followed for the collection of information from university personnel, University website, faculty members, and students and analysed the information under the best practice model and ABCD framework. Results & Outcome: An effective innovation and best practice for the all-round development of students to improve graduate attributes. The models support to create quality graduates with employability and entrepreneurability skills to make them independent, confident, and successful citizens of the country. Background/Purpose: Analysis and new interpretation of the existing information are equivalent to creating new knowledge. A case study is an example of exploratory research and allows researchers to analyze the available information using a systematic analysis framework. In this paper, a case study on a clinical research simulation software product called Simcyp is offered by a global company Certara to its clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Objective: To know the current status of model-based drug development simulation software, with special emphasis on Certara’s Simcyp software, its features, and variations, its client’s usage pattern to prepare new drugs, its usage in research and developmental contribution during the last 22 years, and analysis of Symcyp as a research division of Certara using SWOC framework and analysis of the Symcip as simulation software using ABCD analysis framework as stakeholder analysis. Design/Methodology/Approach: The case study uses an exploratory research approach where the information is collected from various sources including the company website, its competitor’s website, various magazine articles, and scholarly articles from Google Scholar. The collected information are analyzed systematically using company analysis frameworks, product analysis framework, SWOC analysis framework, and ABCD analysis framework. Findings/Result: Based on the analysis, it is found that Symcyp is a most admired simulation software in the pharmaceutical industry for model-based drug design and development for different varieties of diseases. The strategy of Simcyp division of Certara to satisfy, delight, and enlighten its clients is also discussed. Originality/Value: The case study is based on a systematic analysis of a software product of a company using company analysis frameworks, product analysis framework, SWOC analysis framework, and ABCD analysis framework thereby contributing to interpret the existing knowledge in a new way through new interpretation.
