Using blockchain for global governance: past, present and future

Abstract: PurposeThis paper examines the current state of blockchain governance research. The study’s findings also propose a conceptual framework for the use of blockchain in governance and global governance and provide a global look at how public and private sectors alike are implementing new technologies.Design/methodology/approachThe study is qualitative as well as quantitative in nature.
