Using Expert Judgement Methodology to Address Uncertainty in Launch Vehicle Weight Estimates

Abstract: The conceptual design phase of launch vehicle design is subject to significant uncertainty. This uncertainty needs to be quantified and reflected in multidisciplinary design and optimization.
