Abstract:In order to meet the desire of maltopentaose (G5) in industrial application, we developed a glycerol-inducible expression system in Bacillus subtilis to overexpress maltooligosaccharide-forming α-amylase from Bacillus cereus ATCC 14579 (BcMFAse).
