Abstract

This document presents the results of a project that used Social Network Analysis (SNA)t with the objective of analyzing communication patterns among young college students in Panama.. The research study used mathematical and engineering tools to demonstrate that use measures such as centrality and betweeness allows the definition of social capital and leadership characteristics in homogeneous group of young college students.
