Abstract:Uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS) is a rare aggressive neoplasm.We present a clinical case with UCS, developed during along-term five years adjuvant tamoxifen treatment and ovarian suppression with LHRH agonist on the occasion of invasive ductal breast carcinoma.
