Abstract:Objective: This study aims to describe a new surgical technique to prevent ureteral kinking via dissection uterosacral ligament from parietal peritoneum before McCall culdoplasty suture placement, and vaginal cuff fixation to round ligament to prevent apical vaginal vault prolapse after vaginal hysterectomy.
