Abstract:
Porous graphitised carbon (PGC) based chromatographic
separation of glycans achieves high-resolution separation of glycan mixtures
released from glycoproteins, including structurally similar isomers. While
there is some understanding of glycan separation on PGC, system-independent
retention values have not been established.
