Abstract:This study is intended to fingerprint the volatile aroma compounds of green Arabica coffee beans from different regions of Ethiopia by using headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy (HS-SPME-GC-MS) and a chemometrics approach.
