Vaginal yeast colonisation: From a potential harmless condition to clinical implications and management approaches—A literature review

Abstract: Summary Vaginal yeast colonisation is a common clinical condition in premenopausal women. The potential pathogenicity and the circumstances under which it could evolve into infection are not fully clarified.
