Validation of differential expression of microRNA profiles in prostate cancer specimens.

Abstract: 203 Background: MicroRNAs (miRNA) are small, noncoding nucleic acids that regulate expression of genes. Altered expression of miRNA has been implicated as a factor in carcinogenesis.
