Abstract:A rapid, selective, and sensitive method by using ultra‐performance liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC‐MS/MS) for the simultaneous determination of phenolphthalein (PP) and sibutramine (SB) in weight‐loss functional foods was developed.
