Abstract:Chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) is a primary immunodeficiency disorder marked by abnormal phagocytic function. CGD affects primarily neutrophils and manifests as an early predisposition to severe life-threatening infections. Additionally, patients with CGD are predisposed to unique autoimmune manifestations.
