Abstract: Eine wesentliche Grundlage des modernen Entwicklungs-und Planungsprozesses in den Ingenieurwissenschaften bildet die Methode der Modellbildung und Simulation (M&S). Die Modellbildung beschäftigt sich mit der Abstraktion wesentlicher Aspekte technischer Systeme und deren Umsetzung in einem Modell.
