Variants of accessory pathways

Abstract: Variant accessory pathways include atriofascicular, nodofascicular, nodoventricular, atrio-Hisian, and fasciculoventricular pathways. Atriofascicular pathways are the most common with others occurring rarely. The anatomical descriptions, electrocardiographic findings, electrophysiologic findings, and clincial manifestations are discussed.
