Abstract:Bioplastics are packaging that can be degraded naturally by the environment. Tofu liquid waste, which has a high content of organic materials such as protein, can be used as raw material for bioplastics. The use of tofu liquid waste as a material for forming bioplastics has yet to produce bioplastics with good characteristics.
