Vasopressor-induced digital ischemia as a case report

Abstract: Female patient admitted with hypotension (60/40 mmHg) secondary to septic shock of urinary origin, which was refractory to treatment with crystalloids; initiating vasopressor support with norepinephrine (NE) at response doses without improvement of the picture, presenting peripheral digital ischemia induced by vasopressor.
