Vermiform Appendix Incarcerated in Spigelian Aponevrosis Defect (VAISAD hernia)

Abstract: Spigelian hernia (SH) is infrequent accounting less than 2% of all abdominal hernias. The presence of vermiform appendix within the hernial sac is of further peculiarity.
