Verrucous hyperkeratosis with predominant involvement of the left side of the body and concomitant onychodystrophy in a 17‐year‐old girl

Abstract: A 17-year-old female patient was referred to our department with the suspected diagnosis of ILVEN. Present since birth, the skin lesions predominantly affected the left side of her body. There was no associated pruritus or pain. The patient reported unsuccessful prior treatment attempts, including topical antifungal and keratolytic agents as well as corticosteroids.
