Abstract

Chemists found Imidazole as a multipurpose nucleus, primarily notable for its biological role in drug discovery. This compilation of the reports gives information regarding the development and the previous background of the synthesis of the nucleus. However, the synthesis through multicomponent is taken to narrow the report. The importance of the multicomponent reactions with many nucleus has been part of the heavy literature; however, the synthesis of the bioactive scaffold as imidazole has been highlighted here with the essential points.
