Videoconferencing in a hospital school: removing barriers

Abstract: Videoconferencing has enhanced the learning experiences of children who, as a result of medical difficulties, have attended James Brindley School. The School is based in thirteen hospitals and specialist units across Birmingham, and provides educational opportunities for children from 3 to 19 years of age.
