Vietnamese social work practitioners’ preparedness to practise with sexual minorities: Training and self-reported confidence

Abstract: Social workers must be prepared to work with all members of society given their commitment to social justice. This article reports the findings of a study examining the preparedness of Vietnamese social work practitioners to practise with sexual minorities. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, comprising a paper-based survey ( N = 292) and semi-structured interviews ( N = 12).
