Virtual Home Visits Reduce Asthma Burden in Low-Income, Black Communities amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract: Objectives: Pilot an asthma virtual home visits program, and evaluate its reach and ability to promote asthma self-management strategies in underserved communities.
