Abstract: BackgroundThe Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is making system-wide efforts to increase integrated use of health information technology (HIT), including My HealtheVet (MHV), the Veterans Affairs (VA) electronic patient portal, Vet Link kiosks, telehealth, and mobile apps.
