Visco-elastodynamics at large strains Eulerian

Abstract: Isothermal visco-elastodynamics in the Kelvin-Voigt rheology is formulated in the spatial Eulerian coordinates in terms of velocity and deformation gradient. A generally nonconvex (possibly also frame-indifferent) stored energy is admitted.
