Viscoelastic multicomponent fluids in confined flow-focusing devices

Abstract: Abstract. The effects of elasticity on the break-up of liquid threads in microfluidic cross-junctions is investigated using numerical simulations based on the "lattice Boltzmann models" (LBM).
