Visual Outcome of Traumatic Paediatric Cataract at a Tertiary Eye Care Centre in West Bengal

Abstract: BACKGROUND Traumatic cataract is common presentation of penetrating and blunt ocular trauma in children. Ocular trauma is the leading cause of unilateral blindness all over the world. The incidence of ocular trauma varies in different parts of the world. From India, the reported incidence is 20.53%.
